Randomizing of cards

A nice addition to the scrumlr boards would be the randomizing of cards.

We often make the cards anonymous by turning off the "Show authors of notes" option in the settings. But as we often have the board open a while before our meeting, everyone fills in their cards at different times. And as the cards are ordered on their creation time, they are almost always ordered by the person creating the cards.

This would be resolved if there was a possibility for the admin of the board to order the current cards in a new, random, order.
