Finish Tracing

• Implement Tracing for one service (Job Scheduler) as example (Will be done in this ticket)
• Make tracing run in the cloud (e.g. Azure Monitor, self hosted Jaeger)
• Test tracing in the cloud

Tracing should also run after authentication middleware

Should be done, just need some more services to implement tracing to see if it actually works or not
