Port UI fixes to branch release/OSS #7051
Description
There are 3 recent PRs that were merged to the master branch. To get them into 2.x OSS/open source, they need to be ported to the branch release/OSS. The master branch is used for cloud2's ui.
The PRs are:
- fix: update retention rule for CLOUD and OSS #7016 080e876
- feat: show error update notebook fail #7021 4cd2963
- feat(ui): remove notebook's unused buttons #7008 86ed246
Perhaps these will be an easy cherry pick.
