Add long and short title for examples

For some projects, the name is too long for the heading of the example site, see e.g. https://inception-project.github.io//use-case-gallery/gryphius/  .

**Solution:** Add new fields to the template for example type, short heading, ... and fill them for all use cases.

**Alterative:** Add `font-size: 1.3vw;` to the example heading, then it scales ok enough depending on the viewport size.
