Rules around doc?

What about a rule to force modules with @moduledoc? and exported functions with @doc? (we'd probably have to figure out how to identify lib-API ones)...

Using pure Erlang you can already force specs in external and internal, these days...

IIRC, edoc already had way to warn users about missing docs.
But it would be reasonable to have a rule that says something like "Prefer -moduledoc and -doc attributes over the old @doc ones" and warns you when you have old-fashioned lover-docs.

Yes, EDoc did, and I know see the compiler itself still holds true to that: warn_missing_doc | warn_missing_doc_functions | warn_missing_doc_types, so this is not relevant. I think I got these from mis-configuration.
