Delivery address functions missing from Cart API

Hello,

I'm migrating my checkout API to cart API, it seems like few functions are not added in Cart API, e.g.:

cartDeliveryAddressesAdd
cartDeliveryAddressesUpdate
cartDeliveryAddressesRemove
