Upgrade to Tauri v2.x

@jswhisperer I'm planning migration from Nuxt 3 to Nuxt 4 already. But about Tauri I'm I don't have much idea tbh. But I'll try to figure out something soon.

No worries, I'm job hunting currently but if I get time I can have a look also.
I don't think it is urgent as Ubuntu 24.04 is pretty new although it is an LTS release and should be supported as soon as we can.

The other interesting and big win with Tauri 2.x is native mobile releases too.
