Improve reliance on scoring workers

Either make workers faster or introduce a better method of scoring entries faster than the immunity period

In my opinion, the initial step should be the stabilisation of the dataset API. It should be accessible 24/7, with the exception of scheduled maintenance windows. Currently, its frequent unavailability necessitates numerous re-evaluations.
