Run_After & Couldn't delete "Compile_Ahk.log" error

Hi, love this app, but I keep having this issue where scripts with a Run_After executable saved in the script causes Compile_AHK to hang with an open tooltip on the mouse cursor with whatever happens to the Compile_Ahk.log from my script, and then subsequently, I am unable to compile at all, receiving the Couldn't delete "Compile_Ahk.log" error.
