Converting a dict.dz file

Is it possible to convert a DICT.dz file? I have dictionary.dict.dz and dictionary.index files, but I haven't been able to figure out how to convert this into an Apple Dictionary file. Every option I've tried gives an error.

How did you try to convert? Command or GUI?

Try giving the .index file path if you convert in command line.

If failed, give the command and output please.
