Test-Latency.ps1 Update to Powershell Version 7

Hello users 😊,

I've been reviewing the code for the Test-Latency.ps1 script and I want to give it another spin.

It's a priority that the scripts are as up-to-date as possible and that they are useful in the most recent versions of Powershell, that's why I aim to update it so that it can be used in these new versions of Powershell (Powershell 7).

The versions I am referring to are the following:

• Powershell 7
• Powershell 7.2
• Powershell 7.3
• Powershell 7.3

I hope to have time and update it as soon as possible.

Script update now available, the code has been modified to work perfectly in both PowerShell 5 and PowerShell 7
