VIC-13147 SDK stop behaviors (#162)

* Updated all existing references to 'behavior_id' to 'action_id'
* changed @on_connection_thread annotation to specify type of cancellation
* updated the cancellation code to handle the two different cases (action/behavior)
* Renamed connection enums to CamelCase!
