Am I safe to come back?

Am I safe to come back to modding having just acted like a normal player with no mods after an 8 week ban? I've been not modding since the 20th of June, it's now the 3rd of July. I've been told they monitor your behaviour for a while, not sure how long. Shall I get back into it yet or should I wait a while? If anyone knows how it works please tell me if it's safe to come back.
