Add ability to delete maps in the list of map within the Editor and in the Main Menu

Describe the problem requiring a solution

It is very useful especially for map makers to be able to delete old versions of their maps. Plus it is possible to do this within Save Map dialog.

Describe the possible solution

Use the same approach as for Save Map dialog.
