[Unknown Mod][Adventure Map] Add a "Hero" button and a "Marketplace" button in the Artifact's window

Add a "Hero" button and a "Marketplace" button (only if not enough gold and ressources) in the Artifact's window where the player is asked if he wants to buy the artifact.

In fheroes2:

This is not an option.
This can be implemented directly in fheroes2.
