Update information when an opposing hero has been seen visiting an Artesian Spring during his turn (and this Artesian Spring has not yet been visited by one of the player's heroes).
Since an opposing hero has been seen visiting the artesian spring, the text “(already visited)” is displayed directly.

In fheroes2:

This is not an option.
This can be implemented directly in fheroes2.
