[Unknown Mod][Adventure Map] Add an empty line before the text of the proposed secondary skills

Add an empty line before the text of the proposed secondary skills to make it more visible for the player.

In fheroes2:

In the example, add an empty line between these two texts:

"You may learn either:"

"Basic Archery
or
Basic Ballistics"

This is not an option.
This can be implemented directly in fheroes2.
