[Unknown Mod][Locations] Add a "Hero" button and a "Marketplace" button in the Alchemist's Tower window

Add a "Hero" button and a "Marketplace" button (only if not enough Gold) in the Alchemist's Tower window where the player is asked if he wants to remove the cursed artifacts or not.

This is not an option.
This can be implemented directly in fheroes2.
