Option "world: Wind/Water Mills and Magic Garden can be captured", combine the messages of the two windows into one window

When the option "world: Wind/Water Mills and Magic Garden can be captured" is activated, I suggest to combine the messages of the two windows into one window.
The text "You gain control of a Windmill." (and the other texts depending on the case) is displayed first and the second text is displayed after it separated by a blank line.
Also, the last sentence of the second text should not be displayed:

• Windmill and Water Wheel: "Please try again next week."
• Magic Garden: "Perhaps you should try again next week."
