[Unknown Mod][Locations][Oasis] Each Oasis is considered independent for movement bonus

When a hero visits an Oasis, all Oasis on the adventure map are considered visited by this hero.
With this option enabled, each Oasis is considered independent, so the hero can visit other Oasis and get the movement bonus.
For Morale bonus nothing is changed and the hero must perform a combat before to get the Morale bonus.
The message windows of the Oasis must be changed.
