When a hero visits an Artesian Spring, all Artesian Springs on the adventure map are considered visited by this hero.
With this option enabled, each Artesian Spring is considered independent, so the hero can visit other Artesian Springs and get the bonus.
The message windows of the Artesian Spring must be changed.

This is an option:
"World: Each Artesian Spring is considered independent"

This may not be necessary as there is a bug: #3140.
