Tweaks to "Haunt" and "Set Guardian" Spells.
In fheroes2, I would like to allow to cast "Haunt" and "Set Guardian" Spells on Alchemist Labs and Sawmills.
And when the "world: Wind/Water Mills and Magic Garden can be captured" option is enabled, to allow to cast "Haunt" and "Set Guardian" Spells on Magic Gardens, Windmills and Water Wheels.
Also, I would like to allow to cast the "Haunt" spell (but not the "Set Guardian" Spells) on the creature generators on the adventure map (Archer's Houses, Watch Towers, Dwarf Cottages, etc.).
This is an option (a set of options) with a sub-option for each change to spell:
"Spells: Enhancement of some Spells"
Note: all of this could eventually change. :)
