Spell cost reduction is taken into account in the information window of the active spell on the creatures troop.
Astra has the Skullcap, the Snake-Ring and the Evil Eye artifacts that reduces the casting cost of related spells.

Astra has the Blind, Bless and Curse spells with reduced cost.

Gem has the Evil Eye, the Snake-Ring and the Skullcap artifacts that reduces the casting cost of related spells.

Currently, this is not taken into account when displaying the cost of active spells in the spell information window during combat.
Note: For now, the opposing creature's window can be accessed by left-clicking on the creature's sprite in the “Turn Order” bar.
However, sprites of creatures that are under the influence of certain spells (e.g., blind) are no longer displayed in the “Turn Order” bar and are therefore no longer reachable.
Information about the Bless spell on Astra's sprites, indicates “[3]” instead of “[1]” for the cost of the spell.

Information about the Curse spell on Astra's sprites, indicates “[3]” instead of “[1]” for the cost of the spell.

Information about the Curse spell on Gem's sprites, indicates “[6]” instead of “[3]” for the cost of the spell.

This change remedies that.
The information is also changed for the cost of the spells cast by the opponent's hero.
(As the player can deduct the cost of the spell cast by the opponent's hero by consulting the remaining spell points of the opponent's hero before and after a spell is casted.)
