[Unknown Mod][Game] Reorganization of window elements and addition of 3 lines of information in the Hero right click information window

The elements of the window are rearranged to achieve a more pleasing visual appearance.
Three lines of information are added below those already present:

• A first line for the hero's spell point regeneration on the adventure map, and at the start of combat when a specific option is activated.
• A second line to indicate the level of spells that the hero can learn.
• A third line to indicate the number of experience points required for the hero to advance to the next level.

For the first line, in the example with the hero's standard regeneration (+1):

"Regeneration: +1"

For the first line, in the example with the hero's standard regeneration and basic mysticism (+2), and at the beginning of each combat (+5) when the option "Secondary Skills: Enhancement of some Secondary Skills" is enabled (Mysticism in #2990):

"Regeneration: +2/+5"

For the second line, in the example with the hero who can learn spells up to level 5:

"Spell Level: 5"

For the third line, in the example with the hero who needs 595 experience points to advance to the next level:

"Next Level: 595"
