Auto-reply?

Is there a simple way using toot (at least as a helping tool) to auto-reply with a post, when you'll receive a @mention?

Example:

1. Someone writes you (= mention of your handle @test@name.tld in a post)
2. If yes, toot will reply immediately (or max. 1 min later) with a short message (e. g. "Hi there, I'm busy right now. I will write you back later. Cheers!")
3. Optional: max 1 reply per hour for 1 user
