Failed on uploading images

It is expected to be 302 and move to IGEM_SITE/FILE:IMAGE_NAME, but move to ITEM_SITE/Special:Upload instead. I think it is some kinds of problem that igem wiki reject my post.

I'm not sure whether this project is still being maintained, but I could not find any other project like this.So I wish it could work...
