Create Assistants API Endpoint

Create an Assistants API endpoint with the ability to request and recall the user's previous jobs, either the most recent or a specific filter.

Backend:

• Create endpoint
• Implement "Live Requests" via WSS
• Template out function calling
• Implement Firebase Auth middleware
• Add last-job lookup
• Add filterable job lookup with OpenAI-provided arguments
• Pass jobs via WSS to the frontend for verified rendering

Frontend:

• Develop WSS chat-based renderer
• Add status indicator
• Add job display

Note - development partially halted due to non-spec-compliant changes by OpenAI to their API. I have offered a contribution to the async-openai crate our development depends on to fix.

I fixed the issue in a personal fork but compilation times are painful. Awaiting progress by developer of crate.

Done, also upgraded security on both Cloudflare and Nginx to allow a secure websocket connection (WSS) instead of a standard websocket (WS).
