feat: export shunts #256
Description
export shunts as loads with system_type: ASSET
- power is calculated based on RLC-values and the reference voltage
- voltage dependency (ZIP) is final set to Z-type
- optional_data contains the values for each single RLC
- SSC: contains the set amount of blocks (in a row)
the export looks to be very case sensitive as different RLC-types comes together with different phase connection technology
Open question: how to consider the earthing, which can be from single phase to earth or from common neutral point to earth
