Multi-byte characters (like CJK) support for dialogs?

First of all, Thanks for cool UI.

I'm new in jj and jjui, I can't remember all the shortcuts, so I always end up looking at the help. (maybe 100+ times per day)
but if the rev-log contains multi-byte characters (like Japanese), the dialog (help, bookmark operations, git operations, ...) will be distorted.
(Preview is fine, it effect center-positioned dialogs only)

Hey, thanks for the report. That looks completely broken. I had done some work to prevent distorting caused by cover multi-byte commit messages before but seems like it didn't cover your use case. I will have a look at this.

i tried latest commit with go install ~~@HEAD, it work greatly. thank you again!
