Plugin without bundler

hi,
i want to write / use a plugin without using any bundler. the problem is that i cant extend the ScrollbarPlugin class from window.

class HorizontalScrollPlugin extends Scrollbar.ScrollbarPlugin {
 static pluginName = 'testPlugin';
}

document.addEventListener("DOMContentLoaded", event => {
var Scrollbar = window.Scrollbar;
const scrollbar =  Scrollbar.init(document.querySelector('#scrollbar'), {
  overscrollEffect: 'bounce',
  alwaysShowTracks: true
});
})
