Suggestion: Change Cadence Interval of Validation Dates.

What about changing the cadence intervals of validations to 7 days? Above 10k = 21days, above 6666 = 14 days, below 6666 = 7 days. Then choose a Saturday when implementing. This should do the job and re-grow validated identities, and everyone going to be happy again. Make it a community oracle vote and off we go!

PS: Or at least include the 'day of the week' when displaying the validation reminder in the sidebar with the next node / client update.
