Subject: [idaholab/raven] Issue to run RAVEN tests (Discussion #2527)
After installing the latest version RAVEN, I tried to run the tests by using "bash.exe ./run_tests -j2", but got information "skipped (Incorrectly versioned python modules: required scipy-1.12, but found 1.16.0 PYTHONPATH=..." that made almost all tests failed. Helps will be much appreciated. I am using Windows 11.
