Oh. Sorry for not checking the issues for months.
Yeah. You can replace the tflite model file and the labels file in the app/src/main/assets directory.
The model should accept 64x64 grayscale image.
I should have some models for hiragana only around from this repo. I will update the guide if I find them.

Oh. I just got an idea. We can allow users to import their own model and labels.
