Document the setup process

Many people are (legitimately) confused by the setup process of vossibility. I think we're lacking some guide to explain the necessity for the initial sync, and how things get updates through webhooks after that.

We spoke at DockerCon after you showed this tool to the audience, I'd really like to get some instructions on how to set this up. How do you create the initial sync?

I got it synced, now I need to read up on what kind of metrics is collected and how to turn that into a nice dashboard.

I used https://github.com/icecrime/vossibility-stack and then here's what I did to get started:

1. Edited the repos
2. Added my API key
3. Ran the docker-compose environment

Now you need to add the repository topics to lookupd, I did it this way for my repos that I named rexray and polly:

docker exec -ti vossibilitystack_ghollector_1 curl -X POST http://lookupd:4161/topic/create\?topic\=hooks-rexray

docker exec -ti vossibilitystack_ghollector_1 curl -X POST http://lookupd:4161/topic/create\?topic\=hooks-polly

Lastly, I ran an initial sync:

docker exec -ti vossibilitystack_ghollector_1 /src/bin/vossibility-collector --config /config/config.toml sync

Thanks @jonasrosland - those steps helped. I also have it up and running and I restarted the elastic container with port mapping to localhost so I can add it to Grafana. I can't figure out the querying aspect of it just yet, but that's the next step.
