Must also explicitly set CC_TAG and CC_REG fields

Hi Guys,
The CC_TAG and CC_REG fields must also be set in order for the docker compose file to run. It worked with the following:
set CC_REG=store/softwareag
set CC_TAG=10.3

[sergeipogrebnyak]

The values are set in the default .env file here:
https://github.com/SoftwareAG/sagdevops-hello-docker/blob/master/.env
It is picked up automatically by docker-compose

These values can be overwritten from the environment variables, but this is not required
