Make the notifications configurable #7
Description
Today low goes to slack and high, medium goes to git. Keep those as defaults but provide a way to configure severity as to which goes where.
slack_severities = ["low"]
gh_severities = ["high", "medium"]
User could configure slack_severities and gh_severities
Make slack/github configurable as well.. once can choose only slack, or github or both
