How to set preview and actions for specific picker?

I'm trying to:

1. Disable preview for the buffers picker and make it smaller.
2. Have enter open files vertically in the help_tags picker.

Just switched to fzf-lua so despite my best attempts at the documentation I couldn't figure either of these out.

previewer=false to disable previewer, winopts.height and winopts.width for size.

Have enter open files vertically in the help_tags picker.

Set helptags.actions.enter to FzfLua.actions.help_vert
