How do I get $FZF_POS in an action?

When I call an action, I also want to know the position of the current entry, i.e. like $FZF_POS when setting fzf_opts.--info-command, is this possible?

@phanen Ty, but if I set field_index, how do I retain the original selected[1], which is the entry content? In the function I need both the original selected[1] entry content and the current pos $FZF_POS.

By "the original line of selected[1]", it looks like this in my case:

@phanen unrelated but: we can't use field_index to retrieve the prompt input I asked in #1901, right? Since the prompt is managed by fzf-lua inside neovim instead of fzf?

Prompt is set by fzf-lua and managed by fzf, I believe you can even change the prompt with a transform and access the prompt with $FZF_PROMP as part of the changes of 0.46: https://github.com/junegunn/fzf/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#0460.

@nyngwang, I think you would benefit greatly from reading man fzf throughly and deep diving into fzf itself, your tinkering are rather complex and unique and require deep understanding of both fzf-lua and fzf.

and then I press <C-g> to trigger the action defined by 'ctrl-g', how do I get the entire^ test in the fn function? From your link, I did notice $FZF_QUERY but it always returns me only ^(probably because of hide profile).

Add {q} to your field index expression (see man fzf, {q} for query), if you added it first it would be in selected[1] if you added it last it will be inside selected[#selected], etc.
