Group chart by week

Currently we group by day if viewing less than 90 days of data and group by month if showing complete months (from start to end) OR if viewing more than a year worth of data.

Maybe we should make this a setting so that people can choose whether to group by day, week, month or maybe even year?

This has been implemented in Koko Analytics version 1.7.
