Is this an editor or purely a conversion tool?

I'm not sure whether the intent is for this to be an editor application akin to Typora (but then actually trustworthy), rather than "use a different editor, then as your final conversion step, run this" and after reading the readme, I'm still not sure... could this be called out (ideally early on or even up top?) in the readme.md?

Hi @Pomax, Quarkdown is a CLI-based typesetting system which takes a text file and produces an HTML/PDF output.
You can use any editor you want. A VS Code extension is in the works but no ETA is given.
