Tacz and immersive portals bug

Describe the issue

Rendering problems, when i have any tacz guns and press f5, get to a glass really close or using a portal, the camera trips out, it teleports into a random place of the world and its really buggy, i have a modpack but i tried without it, heres some logs

If any dev or anyone really knows how to fix it please tell me :)

Also i tried searching for this but no responses in current issues so i might be the only one getting this, thanks.
