(NOT a bug) Move altitude into correct section on osd tab

Not a bug par-se but with 2.1 now we have altitude MSL as well to choose from in the OSD, it would make sense to move that out of the GPS options inad into the "Altitude" table along with the altitude from the baro and also the vario.

I know this is a cosmetic thing, but visually, makes sense.
