Vertical videos vibrates on kitty terminal

I'm trying timg (v1.6.2) for the first time with kitty 0.42.1. When attempting to play a vertical video it appears vibrates because the position in the terminal where frames are being places moves down and to the right by one cell every other frame. See attached video for demo.

Upon further investigation this seems to be an issue with the video being too tall and causing new line wraps. Reducing the font size on my terminal fixes the issue.
