How to enable a cold start of Hyrise using a storage.json to retrieve information on the stored tables?

Part of the goal of this project is to enable Hyrise to restart and retrieve the tables stored on disc. This meta-information needs to be stored somewhere and we propose to use a storage.json for this. A prototype is displayed in #99.

What information do we need to store? How can we ensure, that the retrieval is successful?
