Question: How to hot-reload the available cards #177
Description
I am on a laptop with both integrated graphics (intel) and dedicated (nvidia).
I would love to make the nvidia gpu only available SOMETIMES - and that dynamically.
Scenario:
- run on iGPU, nvidia OFF
- problem: hdmi is only routed to nvidia
- when I need hdmi I would love to "turn on nvidia" through aquamarine
Afaik this is not possible without ending all sessions and in my case relaunch hyprland with a new cards env variable.
My problem with configuring both cards from the get go is that aquamarine spawns a thread on the gpu - which turns it on. However I would love nvidia to stay power-dead until i really need it :D
Is there are a way to configure this already or what would be needed to make this work?
