Continuation of #8304.

Focus back through history (1, 2, 3, ...) (cyclenext, hist).
Focus through history the other way (10, 9, 8, ...) (cyclenext, prev hist).
Delayed history update on buttons release.

fwiw I believe this is better done as an extension (plugin / script, maybe xtra-dispatchers)
