Description

IPC already exist (added, removed and added again idk why) but it's not possible to trigger it manually.

Adding a dispatcher (hyprctl) that toggle the "minimized" status (so wlr foreign know that it's minimized) and creates an IPC event which can be handled however the user wants (move to a special workspace) could be great.
