As a preface I am running Hyprland with a dual monitor set up on CachyOS managing monitors with nwg-displays. When playing games such as Assassin's Creed 2, Hyprland does not support mouse focusing on the game window. This is the case for games such as Assassin's Creed 2 do not support different window options. The options that are implemented for focusing a cursor do not work such as the variables on the wiki that you can put in the hyprland.conf from the cursor part of the wiki. I have tried Gamescope as well and those options do not work. The only fix that I have found to work is making an artificial boundary between the two monitors with nwg-displays. I have removed the cursor variables that would most commonly work as they have not worked for me, that sections should be default.
