Regression: render blur on fade out bug

This is a follow-up to a previously closed discussion, just to bring attention to an issue that’s still happening after the original fix.
I had mentioned it in the earlier thread about two months ago, but it seems to have been missed.
Posting this now to make sure it doesn't get overlooked.

I'm noticing a slight delay where the blur effect on a layer fades out after the layer itself disappears.
This happens on a layer that has a blur effect applied to it.

layerrule = blur, rofi
