Hyprland 0.49.0 lags when using Android Studio

I have really strange problem.
I am developing app using Flutter. For some native code I need to write some Kotlin code. So I am using Android Studio as editor only for Kotlin and also as helper with Gradle.

When I try selecting code in Android Studio using mouse cursor Hyprland immediately hangs and starts lagging really bad. It is almost impossible to move cursor and switch workspaces, and open other programs.
This also happens with IntelliJ IDEA editor. Same story.

I try to open btop and kill apps. I kill Android Studio, Spotify, Zed editor, browser and it still lags really much. Hyprland starts using 2GB of RAM instead of around 300MB.
I look for usage and average CPU usage is normal (around 5-30%), but then I see that one of CPU cores are running on 100% and all others are running around 10-20%.

Only way to stop it lagging is to kill Hyprland session and start it again.

I can't find what is problem. Like it fixes when I restart Hyprland session and there is no need for system restart.

Then I tried to downgrade to version 0.48.1 and could not replicate this lagging. Seams this is happening only on 0.49.0.

Kernel: Linux 6.14.7-arch2-1
WM: Hyprland 0.49.0
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX (24)
GPU 1: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Max-Q / Mobile
GPU 2: AMD Radeon 610M

2. Then I select text and cursor got stuck and lagging starts
3. Then I try to switch to different workspace and back
4. Hyprland RAM usage is reaching 2.4GB and one of CPU cores are working on 99%
5. Then I try to move cursor to other screen to stop recording (this is real speed of cursor moving)

This problem makes me use 0.48.1, so I can not update to 0.49.0 and should always ignore hyprland on full system update.

a bisect would help narrow this down. You can also check 0.50.

Updated hyprland and all dependencies to latest version and could not replicate problem for now.
Seams that it was somehow fixed between 0.49.1 and 0.50.0.

I do not know how to do bisect. Is there some kind of resource how to do it for Hyprland?
I am myself developer for 8 years, but never had to do bisect. It would be a useful skill to learn, so I could do it in next issues I encounter.

if this looks fixed with 0.50, a bisect isn't needed :)
